Synopsis: When a woman gets cheated on, who can she call? The Cheater Eater.
For years, Kat Clyne built a business slurping up man-stew for brunch with a side of mimosa, and devotedly labeling herself "the Cheater Eater" while working for the local paper. Being hired to carry out her own brand of justice is just the tip of the fork, and in order to reach a bigger audience of women in need, she starts blogging about her theories, rules, and advice.
That is until she meets Cave Maverick, the man assigned to be her partner at the paper and a cheater himself. Determined to help women everywhere with their broken hearts, Kat struggles with the idea Cave may be one of those mythical creatures known as a good guy, but will accepting a cheater make her lose more than her heart?
Review: Kat Clyne’s career as a Cheater Eater started back in high school when she took on a cheating jock, Cave Maverick. As an adult, Kat works at her mother’s newspaper and has trouble trusting men. After her father left her mother for another woman, she can’t look at men the same way. So she’s become The Cheater Eater, discreetly helping women get revenge on their cheating significant others. Kat starts a blog as The Cheater Eater to spread her words of advice and the blog catches on like wildfire. Now Cave Maverick, her first Cheater Eater case, has come to work at her mother’s paper. They’re supposed to work together, but Kat definitely doesn’t trust him. Could Cave actually be a good guy? BLOGS OF A CHEATER EATER is a fun story, one you can just sit back and enjoy. It would benefit from some editing and polishing, though, as the lack thereof interrupted the flow of the story. However, there is definite potential in this story.
