Synopsis: It was a different time ... A time when mob rule had replaced the Law. A time when Justice could be bought and sold. A time when the city was governed from the shadows. It was also a time when one man could make a difference. A man of courage and determination, a man willing to whatever it took in order to make things right. Frank Devlin could save the city. But at what cost? His life - or his soul?

Review: In Harbor City, the Mob rules. Almost everyone is on the take and those who don’t look the other way either learn to or pay the penalty. When Officer Frank Devlin refused to look the other way, he made the Mob pay…and became The Devil of Harbor City. Being The Devil comes at a high price, but how long will it be worth the toll? ‘The Devil of Harbor City’ is a gritty noir novel with wonderfully flawed characters set in a realistic and dark world. ‘The Devil of Harbor City’ reminded me a little of “Sin City” and the story really caught my attention. I definitely recommend ‘The Devil of Harbor City’!
