Synopsis: A group of cloned celestials are secluded in a place called New Eden and provided access to views/stories of the outside/secular world. Having access to these views does not come without consequence; bullying, jealousy, fighting and the like are becoming custom to these castaways as they inadvertently begin displaying the actions of all they have been exposed to. When life in New Eden takes a drastic turn, escape is desired, and that’s when all hell breaks loose.
Review: I wasn’t able to finish ‘Broken Halos’ by Dominique W. I wasn’t able to get into the characters and what I read of the story reminded me a bit of a very convoluted episode of “Dollhouse” with the immature and odd characters having names such as Victor, November, Echo, etc. I hope you take a chance and see what you think of ‘Broken Halos’.
