Synopsis: What was Jake Forrester doing when he disappeared while on an assignment for a reclusive billionaire? Did he really travel to Central Africa? A month later he reappears in a Miami clinic suffering from a nervous breakdown. Whatever happened during that month makes Jake and his wife Sally rich but when she tries to investigate what she discovers is so frightening that she has to run for her life.
Review: Overall, I thought A Feeling in My Bones had a good plot with an interesting, but not unique, plot twist. Unlike other books which begin at the end, the story felt convoluted and a bit choppy. I couldn't relate to Sally's character very well and the pace seemed to start up and slow down in fits and spurts. However, please decide for yourself!
