Gothic Novel Challenge

After reading 'Northanger Abbey' I wanted to read 'The Mysteries of Udolpho' and upon wiki-ing the book I came across a beautiful list of Gothic Novels....so an idea was born...the Gothic Novel Challenge!

 

You can participate in a few different levels:

Easy: Read 5 Gothic Novels
Intermediate: Read 10 Gothic Novels
Expert: Read 20 Gothic Novels

Besides Wuthering Heights and Jane Eyre-what other of the Bronte Sisters novels can be considered gothic?-very interesting challenge that I will ponder as I walk through the moors on the morrow

I just love getting my fingers into a good Gothic! The genre defies easy categorization, so I'll enjoy reading about the books everyone blogs about!

Hi,

I've actually written a few Gothics. Some were reviewed by the Gothic Journal. My favorite book/movie of all time is Jane Eyre. I'm sure I've already read five, but I don't see many Gothics around anymore.
